Chosen Tea takes its colors from this scenery: gold for the hills and the mining boom they once carried, and a bright grass green for the forests and the fine tea we blend.
Chosen Tea carries on the spirit and sincerity of Miaoli's Hakka Si Cha tea tradition. We brew with Taiwan-grown oolong and green teas alongside select fine teas, pairing them with local ingredients in their true, whole form, so that every sip is a flavor worth remembering.

CARRYING ON THE UNYIELDING SPIRIT OF HAKKA SI CHA
Miaoli is a beautiful, warm-hearted mountain town where guests always come first and hospitality is heartfelt. Chosen Tea inherits the unyielding spirit and sincerity of the Hakka Si Cha tradition, whose name means “to drink tea”. We brew local Oriental Beauty tea and select fine teas, combined with local, true-to-origin whole ingredients, so every sip is unforgettable.
Our signature HEAVY MILK JADE has won the 2026 Taipei International Bubble Tea Festival Championship, the Fresh Milk Beverage Gold at the 2025 Taiwan Fresh Milk Hotpot and Beverage Contest, and the national championship at the 2025 National Creative Tea Beverage Contest with its next-generation milk cap creation. 🏆

In 2025 we merged with FuMeow, the acclaimed online Taiwanese tea gift brand. FuMeow has been honored with the ITCE International Tea and Coffee Evaluation flavor medal, featured in China Airlines’ in-flight magazine, and shortlisted for the Eslite Expo young entrepreneurs showcase.
